FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...
Q: Is MLM legal?
A: Yes, it is a means of distributing goods and services that is very efficient.
Q: Why do so many companies run into trouble?
A: There are many reasons, inexperience, failure to study the law, contracting a good consultant, purchasing the wrong computers.
Q: Why did Skybiz get shut down?
A: Because they sold multiple positions (distributorships) and had no people as customers that did not participate in the compensation plan.
Q: Are Debit cards legal?
A: Debit cards are legal. I have had two out of Europe for over 5 years. The U.S. has been slow in adopting them because credit card companies make a lot more money off of credit cards. They are about to become a commodity item (meaning common) so any scheme that infers you will make money off of them is sure to be short lived... The legal problem comes in when distributors use them to circumvent taxation. Some people in foreign countries and the U.S. are going to get a rude awakening when the tax collectors show up on their doorstep!
