The "Front End" Power Bonus/Fast Start Bonus is for builders to have a funded proposal to teach others to sell products (or services). Basically it gives quick Financial returns to the " SELLER -SPONSOR, RECRUITER OR ENROLLER" a fast cash return (choose the name) signing up new new sales volume from purchases by Retail Customers, Preferred Customers and Distributors for their their downline.
1. The first motivation point is that it gives the - we will use the name> Enroller the power to move and sign up new people anyplace in the comp plan and collect the majority of the money out of the Fast Start bonus. The Enroller is not locked into recruiting on hust his first level. See the section on "Funded Proposals"
2. It rewards the new recruit because they money from their downline built. Because one of the killer phrases is "We will build your downline" works it is a power tool. All the new recruit has to do is work introducing their warm market - acquantances for the Enroller to work with and recruit them as a customer or recruit. Because the Enroller is getting paid the Majority of the Fast Start Bonus and more residual income She or He is happy.
3. It also may interest the new recruit who sees his upline getting a large large part of the Fast Start money. IF THEY ARE TRAINABLE AND HUNGRY... they learn sales tactics from doing 3/way phone calls which is better than face to because it is faster recruiting. The heart of teaching "how to" become a recruiter? The Lure of fast Legal money getting in the Enrollers quickly. Form follows function is my battle cry! I develop top salespeople and Enrollers faster than any one in the world with my pay plans. Why?

ZRII (Bill Farley) Started Zrii with with a Fast Start Bonus paying six levels of upline..... That left just pennies for the Enroller we talk about above. Where did this screwup come from? All the greedy heavy hitters that came in to tell him how to build a supposedly powerful compensation pay plan. They wanted to grab a share of that Fast Start with no work.
What heavy hitters don't realize.... This is Stupid because it takes money away from everybody. What most greedy hitters don't know this is a death wish for a company. When you take money away from the smilers and dialers doing the phone selling and building work... It kills Growth especially during shaky economic times
I have seen this time and time again! The younger troops take off when they don't see
new money coming in. The big guys look at their dropping income and head off for the next big deal, not realizing that their inaccurate urging created the "dead zone" out of a completely good complan.
I had two top positions in Zrii offered for sale 2 months after their launch. Why? No one was bringing new sales volume into the Zrii. All the big players were sitting around on their thumbs waiting for someone to do something. I always say that any MLM Distributor that has signed up over a 100 people thinks they are a complan expert. What they don't realize is that what they know is just a little part of several complans they may have built. They greedily make suggestions that can have a company overpaying and go broke....... or like this fast start example... no new sales volume kills everybody's opportunity.

My vision when designing an MLM Pay Plan is a divorced mother of two kids. We want to get her out of a secretarial job that pays on the average $2000 a month. I want a Fast Start with a superb product paying 40-50% so she can make $100 a day selling a package. Five days a week see makes $500 a week so she replaces her job. At the same time she is building a RESIDUAL income in the body of the MLM Compensation Pay Plan.
She gets to work from home. Doesn't have to pay for gas, baby sitter or clothes to go to work. Her income now allows her to deduct part of her house, utilities and car use for her small business. She has freedom!
Don't get in the way of my vision. I have made millions of dollars helping people apply funded proposals (above is the most basic funded Proposal there is). If you don't like my philoshopy go ahead keep shopping around the garbage pails while you get MLM Victims to spend money and not make money!
