ACTION ON THIS APPARENT FRAUD ASSAULT BY LIQUIDATORS
None of the people associated with Cash Evolution, the bankrupt company, have anything to do with the action by Liquidators. I personally believe Cash Evolution another failed MLM Company and was not a scam after it got a got some initial problems fixed.
These Staples Rodway "Liquidators" are no doubt trying to get the money to pay "Their" liquidation fees and decided to take it out of your pocket. They are also reacting to creditors of the failed company screaming for money! They may not even know that their own country, New Zealand Consumer Affairs "nailed" Cash Evolution! That action ultimately caused the collapse of the company. So all of you quit ----- and are about to get your credit card hit for all the charges each month since you initially joined! Staples Rodway (address below) are either dumb or need to be investigated for fraud.

The New Zealand Ministry of Consumer Affairs does not have investigation or enforcement powers under the Fair Trading Act. We provide advice and information to consumers about their consumer rights and maintain a scamwatch list on our website where we list the names of known scams, including pyramid schemes as provided to us by the Commerce Commission. The purpose of the list is to warn consumers not to become involved in these schemes.
In New Zealand, the Fair Trading Act prohibits pyramid schemes, referral selling and false and misleading conduct in trade. This law is enforced by the New Zealand Commerce Commission. In July 2002 the Commerce Commission sent a warning letter to the directors of Cash Evolution Limited stating its opinion that CEL were in breach of the Fair Trading Act. However, in this case the Commission did not take further action against CEL so the matter was never decided by a Court.
CEL was put into liquidation on 19 May 2003. The liguidators now have the task of recovering debts owed to the company and recovering assets of the company for the benefit of creditors.
You are concerned that the liquidators of CEL are intending to debit your credit card for subscription services supplied by CEL, and that you have at some time in the past given authorisation for the money you owe CEL to be deducted from your credit card.
If you believe you have grounds to dispute this debt, you should inform the liquidator what those grounds are. For example; if you never received the services for which you are being billed, or, if you have evidence you cancelled your contract with CEL, or if you have evidence that you have suffered a loss as a result of false or misleading misrepresentation made by CEL. You may also ask the liquidator for proof that the debt is owed by you.
We also advise you to contact your credit card company and advise them that you have not authorised the transaction and explain why you are disputing the liquidator's right to make this charge. If the charge has already been made and you believe that you have good grounds to dispute it, ask your credit card company how to apply for a charge back.
