31 Mar 2005 – Agel Execs called today and reported they are calling distributors who put up websites with the Illegal claims. Agel will not tolerate any distributor that puts on their website that Agel’s product works via sublingual or mucosal absorption. This will be policed. Good!

30 Mar 2005 – We can bet one thing for sure “Big Rush” Agel is not backed by a Billion Dollar Company? Why is that? They would have done FDA research! I put in 2 calls to Agel in two weeks and gave up. The FDA classifies anything absorbed in the mouth as a drug! Nobody looks back a few years to see why MLM (Karemore and others) companies disappeared using the same mucosal and sublingual language. Ed. 23 Mar 2005 – Tom Mower and ex-wife lose battle with Feds on income tax. Now they want him to go to jail for up to five years. Your editor would consider that ridiculous because Chen the Owner of Sunrider only spent 1 year in jail for the biggest individaul tax fraud in U.S. history. Chen dodged over $120 million in taxation! By that standard Tom Mower shouldn’t vacation in Club Fed for over 54.75 days! An ankle bracelet would work better. It will be interesting to see how this rolls out between the two cases.

20 Feb 2005 – The WatchDog has received a record number of complaints on Watkins Corporate going into Walmart. If Watkins does this, it just shows another lack of research and study of history. Let’s see Avon went into stores, sales dropped like a rock. Tupperware went into Kmart and even had Distributors working the shelves. The trick is to run ads in the paper offering quick money for job hunters. They come into an nice office where a “Kill Zone” is set up to get them to spend $1000 to $50,000 for water filter inventory supposedly for resale to Customers (that do not belong to the pay plan). The new suckers rent a desk and put in a phone and put more phoney ads in the paper. After a while most drift away sadder but wiser. This scam went upside down when a reporter investigated and got beaten. Ed Note: See movie!
